Refund Information
In case of Right of Withdrawal
According to current legislation, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason and without providing explanations, under the conditions set out below. To exercise this right, the customer must send a communication to this effect, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. The goods must then be returned at the customer's expense within 14 days from the date on which they communicated their decision to withdraw from the contract to the Company.
Please note that due to the nature of the goods in question, there may be limitations/conditions to be respected for the return of the goods such as packaging, choice of courier, etc. etc. For further clarification on this, contact our Consumer Service at 02/335356266 or, via email, at customercare@nuncas.it. The Company will reimburse the amount within 14 days from the day the Company was informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw. The Company may withhold the reimbursement until it has received the goods or until the consumer has demonstrated that they have sent back the goods, depending on which situation occurs first. The consumer is only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In case of return of the goods, the gifts received with the order remain with the Customer. The reimbursement will be made through the same channel used by the consumer for payment.
The Company applies the legal guarantee of conformity provided and protects the consumer in case of purchase of defective products, which do not function correctly or do not respond to the use declared by the seller or to which the goods are generally intended.
In case of non-compliant product
To fully guarantee the Customer, the company undertakes to replace any product in the package that does not conform to the description, is damaged, different from the order, or, in any case, to reimburse the relative amount upon simple request from the Customer to customercare@nuncas.it. The return of defective products is always free and at Nuncas' expense.
